BLACK MIRROR SEASON-3 POSTER

Yes, I love Black 'Fookin' Mirror. I have a special place for anthology movies/series in my heart. But, not just that. I will try to explain to you people why I love Black Mirror. Before that, I must remember "The Twilight Zone". What a show that was . A pioneer on its genre! The Twilight Zone is coming back on CBS in near future.

Black Mirror is highly inspired by The Twilight Zone. TTZ was a damn good show. So is Black Mirror.
Since it's pilot, it's trying to tell us the unforseen consequences of the modern technologies. Episodes are different from each other, I mean standalone works. You can call it sci-fi, thriller, drama & anything else. But, to me it's 'Techno-horror' show!
Obviously it's focusing on technology, but it is also focusing on human mind, human nature. Every episode is unique from others & yet they amaze me in the same way. Yes, after watching those episodes I can't think properly, I get sad, I get horrified. Every episode haunts me. Some themes are extremely uncomfortable but yet they're top notch in case of quality, direction, acting & others. Black Mirror exposes the cruelty of society, of human nature, of culture in the best possible way. For example, Nosedive. Yes, people are hungry for likes, comments on Facebook. It's a much needed satire of social networking sites. What about my favourite White Christmas? Yes, it's the best horror thing I have seen in any movie or TV show. I couldn't take it, I become upset after watching that.
Remember White Bear? Remember that woman, who was helpless & nobody helped her. People were busy filming her movements?
& What about Shut Up & Dance, Playtest, The Entire History Of You? Each of these one was disturbing, terrifying & thought provoking.
I can't & won't mention every episode here. Last but not least San Junipero. It's vision will live forever.
